Exterior check of residence to note any potential signs of impending issues with siding/soffits, gutters, irrigation, trees, grass, landscape; make sure outdoor furniture/items are secure and fit for use

Checking for odd smells, sounds, indication of leaks; making sure lightbulbs work, fans operate, verifying any scheduled cleaning services were completed

Placing cans (garbage + recycle) at road night before pickup & returning cans day of pickup 

Inspect filter and replace as needed (filters supplied) 

Test outlets/breakers to ensure functioning  

Test devices to ensure working properly & replace those requiring backup battery in the Fall (battery supplied; not replaced on Lithium models)

Clean & sanitize cans exterior and interior

Handle scheduling & present for quarterly indoor pest control treatments 

Spray down exterior HVAC unit to help increase life

Ensure extinguisher present and in useable condition; report if missing & replace if expired (1 extinguisher supplied per year)

Upon request will ensure small packages are brought promptly inside. If a large package (requires 2 people) notify at least 48 hours ahead of time and can be present to meet delivery driver. Plan includes 1 package delivery per month.

Handle scheduling & present for requested service calls dealing with need to access interior of home. Plan includes 1 covered service call per month.

With a 72 hour notice preorder and paid on-line at Publix, Lowes, or Food Lion for pickup and have groceries delivered with refrigerated items placed in refrigerator prior to arrival for an additional charge.
