Prepare home for your extended departure including securing loose items outside, turning off non-irrigation water, ensuring doors & windows locked, lights off, water heater off (non-freezing months), small appliances & TV's unplugged. Preparation list can be modified.

Prepare home for your arrival including placement of exterior chairs/umbrellas, turning on water & bleeding pipes, turning on water heater, plugging in small appliances & TV's, grocery pickup. Preparation list can be modified.

Verify and report on state of home following a storm event. 

Exterior check of residence to note any potential signs of impending issues with siding/soffits, gutters, irrigation, trees, grass, landscape; make sure outdoor furniture/items are secure and fit for use; verifying any power washing or exterior maintenance services were completed

Checking for odd smells, sounds, indication of leaks; making sure lightbulbs work, fans operate, verifying any scheduled cleaning services were completed

Unsure if the HVAC unit or Water Heater is functioning properly we can check to see if a service call is needed

Present for routine indoor/outdoor pest control treatments 

Present during a large package delivery or bring small packages inside 

Present during a service call to communicate issues and ensure desired work is completed

Replace broken knobs, locks, hinges including interior and exterior doors as well as electronic keypad locks

Includes interior home battery items (ex: smoke detectors & remotes)

With a 72 hour notice preorder and paid on-line at Publix, Lowes, or Food Lion for pickup and have groceries delivered with refrigerated items placed in refrigerator prior to arrival.
